I've worked with David Cole on several occasions in which he represented patients of mine who had been injured in an accident of some kind. I've always found him to be professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate with the people who I entrust in his care. He has always worked hard to make sure his clients are well taken care of, both by his office and by the at fault party.

I was in my first car accident March 2017, and was very scared, confused and frustrated. I had no idea of what to do or where to start. Being referred to different lawyer’s who had no communication, professional and even made me do the footwork was very frustrating. I was even let get by one of my attorneys without any knowledge or notice. After being referred to David Cole by another attorney who helped me with a previous portion of my case, my stress level went from 100 to 0. I was finally relieved of my problems and worries. Mr. Cole is very professional, knowledgeable and a down to earth guy who actually took time to listen. He’s a man of his word and I recommend him to anyone looking for an attorney.

First- I am so sorry that you’re in the position of searching for a personal injury attorney, it’s a difficult process but David will be your light at the end of the tunnel. My husband was in a horrific car accident 2 years ago and we were at a loss of where to begin. Where do we begin to pick up the pieces of a life someone else broke? That was until we met David. David was referred to us by a family attorney and we will be forever thankful to David and his team. Through out the exhausting and emotional process David was a steady voice, our saving grace, and treated us as people— not dollar signs. We were more than his clients, we were his family, and I am so happy he was on our side. When your the significant other / family member is in this process it’s heartbreaking that you can’t do anything to help your partner- you’ll wish you trade places, you’ll want to take their pain for them, but alas- you’re helpless. My main focus was hiring someone that would fight for my husband with the same tenacity that I would; but couldn’t. I spoke to David on a Wednesday and he was able to come 4 hours to us so my husband could meet him in person. And I’ll always remember finally feeling safe, feeling relieved, that we had someone competent, someone kind, and someone that had our best interest at heart was fighting for us. We would call David when we were frustrated, scared, or just needed to talk to someone that we trusted and who could guide back toward reality. During the mediation process David was supportive, SMART (always two steps ahead of opposing counsel) , and truly cared about our end game and how to get us there. Without David I’m certain we wouldn’t have been able to start the emotional healing process from the accident, we wouldn’t be in the situation we are now, and we would probably still be in the process of recouping our losses. David is family now. I highly recommend giving him a phone call if you ever find yourself in a personal injury situation.
