Word for word what happened to Mattie Jones happened to us. Im not exactly sure how their scam works but I know its a scam.

Terribly unprofessional and unreliable; issues with communication and fulfillment. I was approached by Aleksander Prebensen, VP of land, to lease some of my mineral rights in McClain County, Oklahoma. Mr. Prebensen was readily available to answer my questions via telephone, text or email until I signed the lease agreement. I signed the lease on November 30, 2018. I was given a constant run around about issues within McClain County and excuses as to why the lease was never paid. 90 days after signing the lease agreement, Mr. Prebensen informs me via text "either my boss agrees to send the check or we withdraw our offer and you're free to lease with someone else." I wasn't informed of the final decision. On day 91, Friday, March 1, 2019, I reach out for a decision via text @ 0737 (as this has been the most recent form of communication) and receive the following, "Don't ever text me on the weekend at 7 am about leasing in Oklahoma. Go leases with someone else." Once I informed Mr. Prebensen that it was, in fact, Friday morning, he apologized and used the excuse of having his days confused and family in town. Needless to say, the lease wasn't fulfilled by Pro Mineral Partners. We will see if they send the letter of withdraw, as I requested. It seems to me that this company wants to tie up mineral interests in leases that will not be fulfilled, or plan to flip them and end up not being able to find a company that will work with them. I have recently read up on others dealing with with this company and they seem to have had similar issues. Do your homework before making any agreements with Pro Mineral Partners. Such a shame that people can be so dishonest and unprofessional.
