I cannot imagine a worse experience. I strongly recommend that you do not hire Pickens Services. He estimated 1 week to fix our shower then doubled the price after he started. After 7 weeks with him not showing up for over 2 we had to hire someone else to finish (who completed it in one day). When he did show up he was always late. Used every excuse in the book from being too sick to answer his phone for over 2 weeks to getting in a wreck on his way over to his car breaking down multiple times. He agreed to partially refund us then never sent the refund. He took no responsibility for the situation he left us with. If you hire him be prepared for excuses, unreasonable delays, unresponsiveness and hostility when you ask for bare minimum customer service.
