        As I read other reviews while being on hold because I was also lied to about what to do so my case could move forward. My case worker Vanessa has been horrible. Calling me from blocked numbers requesting information I have already told TWO other employees I do not have and should I fill out another application or something to update this and being told its fine they would put it down on my case. Now Im requesting to file a complaint and being placed on hold for more than 30min only for them to tell me that I have to send an email and so on and so forth. Now having to write an appeal because even tho I was giving until TODAY to turn in the information shes requesting shes already closed my case.

        Youll be on hold to speak to someone for hours. Im on hold at the moment trying to reach someone as I type this. Its been an hour and forty minutes. Dont even bother dialing one for the call back. They dont call you back!
