VNA Hospice

My whole experience with this company was very negative due to there insensitive capabilities and the lacking of there professionalism on there clear communication skills were always an issue. The person who was in charge of scheduling the patients Caregiver CNAS never had the compassion to do the job the best she could do. The reason for this was when the original assigned CNA was off at anytime that meant we wouldnt get a replace for our schedule day for of services to be rendered. The Things that we will miss out of this whole experience will be her original caregiver CNA and her NURSE they were such a BLESSING and they were so awesome people that anyone would want to have on there side anytime we will always have them in our HEARTS .

The entire team at VNA did an amazing job with my dad. The communication, kindness and professionalism all made the end of my dad's life more bearable. Highly recommend the folks at VNA.
