This happened years ago, likely when she was newly practicing. Therefore, I will give her the benefit of the doubt as to whether she learned anything from then and has matured into a good doctor. My husband had heart surgery and his femoral nerve was accidentally lacerated. He was recovering beautifully from a heart surgery angle, but he had severe pain and loss of motion in the leg where the femoral nerve had been nicked, so they sent him for an EMG, to be performed by Dr. Tseng. She did what she was supposed to do, I suppose, and when it was all over, she turned to my husband and said, with no empathy or sympathy, "You'll never walk again." Why she thought it was necessary to say this - never mind whether or not she could actually make this prediction - I will never understand. It just about broke my husband, and I've never been so angry at a doctor in my life. Back in those days, there was no Yelp or Healthgrades, etc., and I had no idea how to let herself and others know that this was an extremely negative, hurtful, and damaging thing to say to a patient. P.S. When my husband recovered from what she had said (along with my constantly telling him that she didn't know what she was talking about and had no business saying that), he made it his goal in life to regain his ability to walk with both legs, which he did, and with no limp even, in just a few weeks. I feel better having finally told that story.

Nasty, nasty staff in front office. They cant make appointments, wont return phone calls, call you a liar, argue with you.....anything BUT make an actual appointment. I have left voicemails, tried to complain to their NASTY so called Business manager and got no where but yelled at and called a liar.... Stay WAY away from this place!!! Leaving MY info just so they know who left this feedback. No need for hiding from the truth!! Del Burnham 07/23/66
