        I have now had two appointments canceled. I just found out the one for tomorrow was canceled and was not even notified. I called in to get new patient forms emailed to me and was told it was canceled. I have left 6 messages for the business manager to call me since her original message last Monday and have not gotten a call back. I have been suffering with a headache for months now and have never in my life been treated so badly by a physicians office.
