Dallas Pediatric Neurology Associates

We were seeing Dr Din. The first appt was good. however after that everything went downhil with this location staff. The staff, particularly Jeremy would not return calls. When I came back for an appt I told Dr Din how frustrating his staff was, and as I walked thru the office they were just surfing the net. He said he would speak to his staff and their lack of return calls and care. Next time I called to get a message to Dr Din (on a Monday) - Jeremy did answer the call and said he would get back to me the next day. Did not hear back and called back several times and on Thursday when I called I was told Dr Din was no longer there and that he had abruptly left....yeah i will never go to this staff or doctors. One thing got right was they mailed the medical records.

Dr. Moein is the best. I highly recommend her. She genuinely cares about each one of her patients. The staff are also very kind. She is very friendly and truly cares. 10/10 for me

Dr. Owen has been caring for my children for almost 6 years now. We have had a wonderful experience with this organization. The office staff is organized and responsive. The offices are clean, and Dr. Owen takes the time to sit with each patient and discuss the treatments he is prescribing. This is one of the most professional medical organizations you can ever work with. I highly recommend this practice to anyone!

Dr Moein is excellent. She listened and took in my daughters full medical history and made a sustainable plan for her migraine treatment. This place is exemplary from the initial call to make an appointment, to the front office staff and paperwork, and to the doctor’s knowledge and bed-side manner. Worth the drive!
