Strongarm Delivery and Moving Company

These movers are woefully under qualified for the job of simply loading a truck. We had our own truck for an intrastate move, all they had to do was load the truck. Instead, they failed to load all of our items onto the truck in the allotted time, they only stacked boxes 4’ high in a 26’ truck, they loaded boxes first and furniture last (a big no-no). We had to hire a second set of movers to finish loading our truck and rearrange items so we could get all our items onto the vehicle. We also noted that they didn’t wrap items (we provided the shrink wrap and despite providing furniture pads for them the movers didn’t use them at all), resulting in at least two scuffed dresser tops and 2 broken (1 irreparably) TV stands!! The company also argued over the price and tried to state the Groupon wasn’t valid (due to dates) but the Groupon had no date restrictions past an expiry 4 months in the future and eventually the company conceded to use the Groupon. Furthermore, despite multiple phone calls weeks in advance the company only provided a text message as “confirmation” until 2:54PM the day of the move!!! The movers were scheduled to arrive at 3PM and didn’t arrive until 3:30. All this to say because of their shoddy work, they cost us multiple pieces of furniture, time and the expense of hiring additional movers to attempt correct their mistakes. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!! Service: Packing/unpacking

I had a very rushed move and found myself exhausted 4 hours before we were going to be at the new location. With such little notice I was able to set up an unload schedule with these guys and what took me and my buddy 10 hours to finish packing and loading these guys had unloaded into the apartment in 2 hours. I worked with Brandon and Bubba and they were both amazing help and really saved this move. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Hello Strongarm representative, My name is Larry Hall and I was scheduled to have a couch delivered this morning, 2/1/20. Mr. Nigel and Mr. Jamal arrived and were very kind, and introduced themselves as being from Strongarm. The couch was delivered, set up and adjusted very efficiently and professionally.
