Absolutely the worst experience I ever had in a hotel. The room was dirty and when asked to clean the room the next morning, they said that they are short-staffed and only clean at check-in and check out. I asked for fresh towels, it took 3 calls and 2 hours before we received the towels.

I brought my friend for major surgery and they required her to sleep on clean sheets the night before surgery. We asked the front desk and they refused. Housekeeping didn't even make the bed. They blamed it on Covid. Ridiculous!

We booked on the Marriot website 1 room with 2 queen beds. Upon checking in we were told that we had 1 room with 1 king bed. There are 4 of us, so that would not accommodate us. While we were checking in this same situation happened to no less than 4 other people. They said we could we pay for an additional room in order to have enough beds for us all or they could give us a roll a way bed to sleep 1 additional bed. This is obviously a scam as we were forced to pay for the additional room and this was happening to so many other people in the 20 minutes that we checked in.

Worst experience I’ve had at a hotel. The linens were dirty and when we checked out the same night we checked in and told the front desk our issues no one cared. Can’t recommend this hotel at all right now. It used to be an amazing place to stay that we looked forward to going to. Hope they can recapture that magic one day. Customer service needs to be addressed and maybe a few more employees that care about creating an experience.

Where do i start? No mattress cover, all different hairs on mattress. Room service food poisoning, front desk had trouble locating reservation while i standed in lobby nearly 2 hours! Absolutely no management intervention or follow up with these issues. Additionally, reservarion stated free internet and parking.....not correct.What a disappointment, being an elite status Starwood member to this Bonvoy membership. What a joke!
