Do not work here nor live here the Manager Courtney Cullwell does not know how too run the property nor her staff. Yes communities has coerced residents to place good reviews so they could win prizes at events that others and not management put together. They do not care about their residents nor their employees. I was fired from this job and they did not give me a reason nor an explanation. I worked this job for 2 years and worked my way to be lead maintenance just to be fired with no explanation I do not recommend living here nor working here. The homes are always roach infested and managment is aware of this and yet still sell these homes above the value of the home. All the homes have black mold I only know because ive worked several of the homes and had to only killz it and not properly put the right material
