Submitted an application for a home that showed available for rent on the Yes! Communities page. I lost my rent home of 5 years to a house fire. They charged me 90 bucks for a credit app. I received no follow up no call no update. I call the community in which I applied and she stated they denied me based on a bankruptcy from 6 years ago. I have had perfect rental credit for the last 10 years. They didnt even check that, I was looking to rent not buy. Then she proceeds to tell me even if it was perfect I dont have anything available to rent. So they took my money knowing there was nothing available to rent? I have never! I would like my money back! I just lost everything I own and I refuse to be scammed for what little I have left. I spoke with Audry at amber village
