        **Edit*** some adjustments have been made. I still say management is poor at the front office however the owner of the property reached out and straightened out a few things. The water charge is still an issue and some of the bad neighborhood kids aren’t here anymore so it’s a little calmer when my kids go out to play. Still some changes to be made but it’s getting better.

        Have lived here since 1992. This is home. I have had many positive experiences with management and all my neighbors. Has been a great place to live.!!!!

        You have to pay if have extra car in lot park. Some streets flood when is raining and you can't walk out
