As first time homebuyers, my partner and I were stressed about being taken advantage of in the current sellers market and honestly not very hopeful of finding the right home for us within our budget. From day 1, Nancy assuaged those fears and helped us find the perfect home! She happily and patiently walked us through every step of the home buying process. Her expertise as a realtor showed through each aspect as well, honestly pointing out the strengths and weaknesses of each home and negotiating stunning terms for the current market.
