I am very impressed! I know Claudia (the President of Insurmed) and she’s been on me to give her team a chance with my next paramedical appointment for one of my life insurance clients. I have a case I’ve been working on that is very difficult to reach. After I reached out yesterday to request a paramed today, I wasn’t able to reach my client and I hadn’t submitted the policy application yet. I thought the appointment was a bust, but then I heard from my client himself that he was sitting there at his apartment with the Insurmed examiner who had taken it upon herself to call my client and complete the appointment even before she had my application info. She wanted to confirm the details of the policy so she could collect the right medical info from my client. Insurmed helped move my case forward! I’ve never had proactive service like this from Exam1, EMSI or the other big paramed vendor’s I used to use. All of my DFW business will now be going to Insurmed first.
