        I scheduled installation of a new crystal chandelier and confirmed my appointment the day before service. On the day of service, two Crow technicians appeared at my home with NO TOOLS to perform the service AND WRONG PAPERWORK. The only thing they could do is offer to reschedule service A MONTH out (which I declined). COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT SERVICE.

        Their staff did a great job on our chandelier which was incredibly dirty having not been cleaned for several years because I could not afford the crazy absurd prices quoted to us. Their staff were professional, polite, very careful to cover floor and did a great job all for a reasonable price:)
