      image They do not honor the 10- year elfa guarantee. This is a HUGE selling point for them (or was when we bought it). We were told all about how to replace any broken parts and how easy it would be when we bought it. The manager was willing to do it “this time” which is great but we shouldn’t have to beg when it was their big selling point. They pretty much conned us out of $4,000+ and want us to feel bad about it. I never would have bought without the guarantee.

      image I absolutely dislike this store. There is a tall, slender 50-60 yr old male employee who is just unfriendly, unhelpful, and flat out RUDE.
      We would rather drive all the way to Fairview verses going to this store. That should say it all
