        Guardian mortgage is AMAZING!!!!! Do not consider using any other loan company. I have used another bank in the past and WOW what a difference the process was with Guardian. From the moment we established contact with Mark Watson and his team it has been so easy! Fantastic communication with exceptional prompt action to ensure our home closed on time. Not to mention, we had a very quick closing date. This company is wonderful and such a joy to work with.

        I work for a mortgage Servicing Company, this company is by far the worst they make no accommodations for their mortgages and even posting payment can take hours. Everything seems to be an inconvenience. The company is so small half the time no one answers and if someone does they have to transfer you to someone else's voicemail will you still get no results. I give anything to be on the next acquisition out of this company.
