Wish could give zero stars. Just be sure your vehicle is nowhere near where you want them to work. If they hit it the workers refuse to give you their name and the phone # they will give you to call will be bogus. By the time you leave 6 msgs and realize they lied to you, the mgt will say too bad we dont believe you, and the employees will mysteriously no longer work there.(Guessing this is a policy- hoping youll give up). So for 1700$ in repairs you have to consider if its worth the effort to take to court. Mmm... yes, i was trying to be nice but since you cant accept that with grace, i will pursue just on principle. And I will be wanting new parts now done by a professional shop and matching rim for that one you bent, not the used parts we used to try and minimize costs for you. And the dent repaired, yea the one your supervisor on site took pictures of that day (october 2nd- mistakenly told you the 4th, but the affidavits taken that day say the 2nd). And hopefully since it is now considered a hit and run you will get to face criminal charges as well.
