Ron and team were great! We had a lengthy project that spanned a year to install new gutters, evaluate drainage needs, then install drainage solutions to meet those needs. His crew are FAST but I was working from home that day and was curious about the process and never saw anything that made me suspect they weren't doing a great job, especially working around my favorite tree's roots to keep it from harm. Through the years, one side of my yard had become a swamp. After reading reviews, I reached out to Natural Environments for a consultation. Ron was very pleasant to talk to and very knowledgeable about how to remedy my issue (with a French drain). From consultation to completion was less than a week, and the cost was quite reasonable. I would definitely recommend Natural Environments for any outdoor drainage issues.

Ron Zander is friendly, professional and does not cut corners. They recently helped update our landscape drainage and we are very happy with their work. I would certainly recommend him and his Dallas drainage solutions team to my friends and family.

During the heavy rains of the spring of 2021, we had problems with flooding of our small front yard in a house we had recently purchased. Ron Zander of Natural Environments assessed our complicated issues and created a plan that resolved it. While the work was being done, Ron stopped by often, checked the progress and discussed it with us. He is excellent at customer service. Our front yard is below street grade and when there was heavy rain, the water would rise and seep into the house. Several remedies were needed: removing shrubbery planted too close to the house that had raised the soil level; increasing the size and quantity of our gutters; installing a French drain across the front of the house; and having these drain into a sump pump that carries the water to the curve and the storm drain. I still check the front yard every time there's a heavy rain, and the drainage created has been very successful. There's been a couple of minor issues, but Ron has immediately responded, even when he's been out of the country. Service: Stone masonry

We used Natural Environments and Dallas Drainage to install PVC drain lines to divert our home's down spout runoff out of our yard. There were patches of erosion where the down spouts expelled the roof runoff on the ground and the lawn would not grow in the wash-outs. After completing the installation of the PVC drain lines, I discovered that 2 of our underground sprinkler zone valves were no long working. His team tried to trouble shoot for over an hour, but were not able to resolve the problem. Ron and his Forman came out a couple of days later and found that the control wiring had been accidentally cut during the trenching in two places that made the issue hard to find. They fixed the cut control wire and got the sprinklers working again. Our yard is looking great, no more bald patches in the lawn around our home. Rons team did a great job from start to finish.
