Hi, me again. I came over here from my complaint to the BBB. Apparently you can't make multiple complaints against the same company over there, so here I am. It's now 9 years and 8 months since this "loan" was taken out while I was deployed overseas. My credentials were used on my behalf without my knowledge while I was deployed overseas, and didn't find out about it until much later. The statute of limitations on debt in Texas (which is where this company is based) is 4 years. No action has been taken to recover this "debt" outside of sending me random letters every couple of months or so. It's absolutely appalling how they have been able to hijack my credit for almost 10 years now with no resolution in sight. At 7 years, if it was reported properly as a collections debt, this would have dropped off by now and I wouldn't even need to continually contest it on my credit report. But it wasn't, and it hasn't. When I've requested to have it investigated, all I get is a packet in the mail with the account documents. They've stuck on my report as a "loan" for almost TEN YEARS, and stopped reporting any activity many years ago. So it's been on my report all that time, sitting there gaining interest, yet no effort to actually properly report accurate data. This is wrong, immoral, and a horrible business practice. The statute of limitations has long passed (no matter which state you're in). You have not made any attempts to recover this debt through collections within the time the statute allows. I don't even care about proving that it wasn't me anymore. This has gone on long enough. A decade. A FULL DECADE.Drop this debt from my report, and stop harassing me.

Nicki stepped up for me and got a loan approved and green light ready for a customer who was in a bad situation without Air Conditioning. FCC Finance comes in clutch when nobody else will! Thanks for everything NICKI!

Would not recommend. Sent me an email stating my due date is changed as requested, then took the money out on the original due date anyway. When I called to ask what was going on, the response from the customer service rep was that the email wording was incorrect or unclear. Add that to the fact that three months into paying on the loan, I still cannot access my account through the website to even see what I am being credited if anything. I know that a business exists to make money, but these folks are setting people up to fail. I would assume so they can make money off of fees and penalties as well as the huge interest rate. I don't have proof of such, but based on the reviews and complaints, it's a safe assumption to make.

Been working here for about one year. The new management has really made some positive changes to the place and culture. No place is perfect since we all different but they do have an open door policy which I love.
