        Customer service is terrible. Hours are short and you have to have an appointment to speak to anyone. Hope you don't have a 9 to 5 job, because you will never have access to your own money.

        Outdated. Place was like walking into a bank in the 80s cold gloomy frowns on employees faces Kids laying on floor from customers in long line. I needed a banker to open a business account and was turned away by a woman in glasses that said we are too busy to take care of you . I offered to go across the street to CHASE and she said okay bye

        Never heard of a bank trying to not get your business. This woman said they have no employees on duty. That they are understaffed because of COVID and that she just returned from having covid and that the customers are coming in coughing and with fevers constantly.
