The first claim I had for property damage was handled well. I informed the adjuster of the issue (water damage) and he came out and took pictures, etc. I began a claim over a month ago for the same issue. (Second claim) I had an adjuster call me to set up an appointment to come out and take pictures. I informed I him I was a teacher and that my sister would be there in place of me. He said this was fine. The next day, he was so unorganized he called me again thinking I was a new claimant, trying to set up another appointment. He showed up as scheduled, with my sister there and refused to take the pictures. He kept demanding my presence and saying he could not move my belongings and that I needed to be there and that I needed to take the pictures, etc. (During my first Claim I was not present and the adjustor took the pictures—same company) That same day, I sent him a text with a choice of 3 days to choose from where I could take time off work. He told me he would check on it and has not responded. This was 3 weeks ago. Since then, I have called Arcana, left multiple messages weekly, and I have not had one person return my phone call about my claim.

They Never answer the phone and will cancel your policy whenever they feel like it, Don’t do it!!!!!!

Horrible customer service. The company rarely answers emails and then later ghosts their customers. We still have billing issues 2 years after their system "upgrade".

They do not answer their phone or email even during normal business hours. Their automated system doesn't work. You are better off looking elsewhere for insurance coverage.
