        I am not satisfied with the customer service received from this office. I have called multiple times, left voicemails, and have yet to get a call from a real person. I had to press the option for new sales to speak to a real person. Its very time consuming to still not be able to get the answers I need via a chat.

        Uzma and Lorenzo did a great job setting up my home and auto insurance. I got a great rate and amazing service. I learned a lot about insurance and what I needed and what was unnecessary. I was really glad they have all the resources available online that my previous insurance would take forever to send. Highly recommend this office.
