        Very unpleased by the way this company handled our insurance claim since 2021, till this day never handled the matter. I can say, they were good at collecting their monthly check, but not making sure the client was also taken care of.

        TWFG staff always try to get the best quality and lowest cost possible for your insurance policy needs. Unfortunately the information I provided several years ago turned out several years later not to be too factual. Very abrupt and hurtful customer service.I am happy that I canceled their insurance about 2 or 3 years ago. I am glad that they do not want my business because I definitely do not want an insurance company like that.

      Crystal, Regarding the claim referred to involving Hector, we did our due diligence. The loss was estimated at $4,500. The deductible on this policy was $2,500. and a net payment of $2,100. was issued to the insured. The driver at fault was uninsured- and it took Progressive 10 months to respond with that information after filing a claim with them. At the request of Hector, we ran the claim through his policy with the above result, and advised Hector to file a small claims case for additional losses.
