I've been driving to Emergency Ice to pick up dry ice for chemo cold capping. While this hasn't been a fun time, the gals at Emergency Ice have been so supportive and accommodating. Both Laurie and Sonya are always kind even though they seem to be the ultimate multi taskers, coordinating phone calls, deliveries, and pickups. Can't even imagine running a business when everything is an emergency and perishable. Still, they always have an inspiring and uplifting comment, and I am truly grateful for their support during this journey. Emergency Ice is amazing!

I have had varying experiences with this company and I checked the phone number to be sure I was referencing the right location. I won't say anything about the drivers, but on multiple occurrences I've called to request an ice delivery after running low and have had the worst experience with who ever it is that answers the phone. She's rude and inpatient, she interrupts so to not let you get the complete sentence out. It's really is a shame that every driver I have had the pleasure of meeting had been absolutely pleasant, but the person sitting behind that desk expected to show some customer appreciation fails miserably. She has failed so bad so often I'm currently looking for another vendor to satisfy my ice needs. Perfect example of how one bad apple cab ruin the bunch.
