They called me about a debt that was from 10 years ago. Which is way out of the civil statute of limitations for collecting this debt. They misrepresented their position by stating they are representing the courts. They were argumentative and demanding. And they threatened to take my truck. And when I pointed out that they were misrepresenting, they hung up on me. They are in violation of the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act. Don't give them a penny.

This company called me soliciting. When I told them I was not interested in doing business with them. They called me 10 more plus times several different people using obscenity. I have record of them calling me repeatedly all because I ask them not to call again.

This company makes promises and then when they fail put the blame on you. Not trustworthy. Paul is a crookand Adam hollingsworth makes you think he is helping you out. They never get back with you nor do they email. They leave no trace for you to put the blame on them. They deny anything they say and will put words in your mouth. Typical scammer. Do not I repeat use them. They cost me time and money. I warned you.
