Wow, this was several years ago when O worked for Marcos and let me say, I only worked there to learn extensions. I should have applied with Zoya ghamari or Katie Rodgers.... well quite frankly anyone else. The things I witnessed and experienced there should never happen in a salon. He had me stay late to color his hair 10pm at night), flirted and hit on me constantly though I refused his attempts. He would have me blow out & style his color clients, the back of their hair was usually an absolute mess- several times I called to his attention and he told me to curl their hair really well & its the back, they will never know I also under apprenticeship had all my tips taken from me, and on top of that was not paid at least 6 weeks he claimed he was having bank issues- he was not having deposit issues!!!!! 2 girls left during my time there, the manager nearly quit weekly due to his poor team skills and lack of leadership, he threw massive temper tantrums and acted like an absolute child. Girls would walk out on him. He took advantage of this iconic figure hed made for himself and used naive girls wanting to learn a trade. We were walked all over. Also, He only wanted hot girls and strippers as clientele . If they werent pretty he was rude and hurried them out. There is so much more I could say but Im done. I just feel when I was younger I was too scared to write this but it needs to be said about what kind of person Marcos truly is. Ladies dont be fooled. There are soooooo many other great extension artists in DFW. Hes not the confident, amazing talent he puts forward.. more like a conman in your hair and a horrible boss. Beware beware. I had my extensions and color done with the fabulous Marcos Venegas Tuesday May 18. It was an amazing experience. Not only did they do an amazing job on my hair with exceptional quality and attention to detail, they made me feel welcome and at home, like I had been coming to the salon for years. They operate as a team, and help each other out, and Marcos has the best personality. They do not rush you in and out. The salon is super cute and swanky. I loved this place, loved the experience, and love my hair. I look forward to continue coming to Marcos because he is the BEST! What a great experience this was for me! They made this 42 year old look amazing as always. Ive been coming to the salon for two years. Love love love!

I absolutely love my hair. It is so seamless. Marcos did exactly what I wanted. The best part of it all is that I get at least 10 compliments a day about my hair. Literally has brought my confidence back to life 100 folds. Love my long hair.
