        Very rude I just got off the phone withsomeone and he. Pretty much answered my question and hung up, its extremely rude you say thank you or goodbye not answer by saying call 211 and hang up right after, I also had an issue a few month's ago they messed up a name I couldn't get the flu medication my nephew needed because they misspelled his name I had to go back to there office and they tell me they couldn't do nothing But request a change they are a horrible bunch of people 👎
