I highly recommend ESA construction! I did a scratch start up and I had no experience with dental construction. I interviewed a few other other construction companies and I am so glad I chose ESA. ESA Construction guided me through the entire process. They gave me a projected timeline and delivered an amazing pediatric dental practice. It is exactly what I had in mind. If you can clearly communicate your vision and exactly what you want, they will go out of their ways for their clients. I had the pleasure of working with Santos, Kirstin, Jared and both owners: Chad and Leslie. They are all really good people, very professional and truly care about what they do. In 2013 I did a start up practice in Highland Village. I was fortunate to find ESA to do the build out for me. It's been 6 years and everything looks as good as the day it was finished. No cracks in the dry wall, everything looks great, everything works. I found ESA to be honest, upfront and professional. There we NO hidden fees halfway through the project, we met our timelines, and they went above and beyond to do the job right. I feel fortunate to have worked with them and would recommend them to anyone that wants a company that knows exactly what they are doing.

I had a great experience working with ESA! My dental office just finished construction and I love how everything turned out! I worked with Chad on my project and he was very good about answering my questions and concerns promptly. I believe that with any construction, communicating is key and they were very good about communicating professionally with me. They finished the project on time and very close to the estimated budget that was anticipated. I think as long as you are upfront about everything and stay on top of the construction then you will be golden! I would definitely recommend them to colleagues looking to build a dental office.
