Bryan Garvey, the owner, does not pay ANY of his bills. I worked for him for almost 2 years and I had 3 paychecks bounce, had the electric company come twice to shut off power to our office, had to keep our front door locked at all times due to angry subcontractors coming in looking for him, constantly was telling him about late bills and shut off notices, tried paying bills for him on his credit cards but they were all maxed out. Completely incompetent as an owner and boss. After having left the company over 2 years ago, I am still receiving calls on my personal cell phone from lawyers trying to get ahold of him about lawsuits over lack of payment.

Subcontractors, absolutely do not do any work for this company. They will not pay you. They give the run around and then do not respond like they say they will.

Of the 100's of General Contractors we have worked for in the Dfw area this is by far the worst. Very dishonest and will not communicate. A subcontractors worst nightmare!
