We had a salt water pool, spa and pergola built by Raul and his company. There were a few hiccups with the equipment education, but Raul was able to provide us contact with the local Pentair warranty company. They were able to resolve any issues we experienced. Raul was very cognizant of the safety and comfort for our entire family and made suggestions specific for our children. His experience definitely aided us in the design and tile choices which we are pleased with. Our pool is beautiful and the slide is extremely fun. We compared other companies during the height of the pandemic when pool companies were being inundated with requests. Garden Houses was more affordable and responsive to our requests. Took roughly 5 months of construction (this included all the major holidays and snowmageddon - Oct through March) and we will be able to enjoy our new pool this summer!

So, we contracted Raul almost two years ago. The pool is finished yes, but he never came back to finish minor details. He stained the Coping and it looks awful. I have texted him and left multiple messages with no response. His contractors came in and drained the pool, they polished it because it was like sand paper and they broke the plaster and he never took care of it. He had a expert come out and show us how to use the Pool equipment, so he called the Jandi people and he was learning as he was explaining things to us what a joke. I would not recommend him as a pool builder, his workers even told me that he runs out of money and can’t afford to pay them, this is why they show up up for a week and were gone for a month. Very sad, I have posted some photos of what he was supposed to come fix. To make things worst we received a certified letter in the mail by the concrete company that he used for lack of payment. So, we fought the concrete company and luckily for us we had Raul sign a waiver releasing us from any and all unpaid business transactions. Unfortunately we are still dealing with the coping not being finished properly.
