Lili's Magic Bloom

Called on Monday 5/2 to have flowers delivered to my mom on Monday 5/9, flowers never got delivered and when I called to cancel the order, the girl on the phone never said sorry, never explained what had happened, nothing. I would have been fine with a "we were swamped for Mother's Day" excuse, even though I ordered a week in advance. All she said was she would "write a note" not to charge me.

Ordered an arrangement for my friend in the nearby hospital. Delivery was $10 and there was Also a $5 service charge?. Having said that- The vase that was delivered was way smaller then the one I thought I was ordering and some of the blooms were wrinkled and sagging around the edges; looked like they'd been open too long. Longer than I would have expected for $50 flowers. Kinda disappointing they weren't perfect for my friend.

They cancelled both orders online within 12 hours and the delivery place is 1/2 mile away from their shop. I tried to call and one number was not set up to received messages and the other went directly to messages. Maybe if you walked in and met them face to face you'd get some quality business. FTD or 1800flowers is way better if you're calling from out of town.
