We have purchased a commercial BOP from this company. One of the representative Gilberto(not sure if he is still working with the company) quoted a premium with around $4200.00. However, when the company finally charged us, it was raised to $11,000.00, which was almost three times as much. We have been contacting them through email, phone, and text messages to solve this problem. Representative, Tonya, has been trying to help us. However, after one month we are still waiting for their response. Basically what happened was that Chubb (the insurance carrier) does not honor the usage of 25% of gross sales on the premium, which increases the premium by three times (This information we just find out after we were shocked at how much we were actually charged.) We were never notified by the Aon representative on the change of premium price either through phone or email (You would think that at least someone in the office need to notify us, consider how much the premium has changed.) 9 months ago, if we were notified, we would have chosen another company, which offered $5000 (This is still A LOT better than $11,000). It seems like Aon is not going to credit back the differences in the premium nor is Chubb. Being the victim in this case, we are just extremely disappointed in how both Aon and Chubb handle this case. How does your company expect customers to trust your service when your company cannot take the responsibility of your mistakes (HUGE MISTAKES in this case).
