Im being extremely generous with giving a 3. The reason I gave it a 3 and not a 2 is because the floating manager Katheryn (sp?) was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. First of all the General Manager Cheryl was extremely rude to both me and my husband to the point that she refused to check him in and would only talk to me when my husband asked her a question (she didnt answer the question he asked). She also has a negative undertone and attitude when she speaks. Im trying to figure out how she is still even in management with how rude she is.
Then yesterday when my husband went to sign paperwork for his service animal and rekey (not get a new one) one of our keys, she said he could do it because he wasnt registered to our room and I was the only one that could do it. Long story short, she only registered me to the room, even though my husbands name is on the reservation, but failed to tell us when we checked in that I was the only one registered.
As far as the amenities and the room it self, its ducked off the road a bit and very quiet. Rooms are fairly nice compared to other hotels Ive stayed in. My biggest complaints are the beds are hard as a brick and the water pressure is lower than what I expected (could be because we are in the 3rd floor).
Overall, if the company changed the general manager for the location, changed the beds out and get their housekeeping staff in place it can easily be a 5.

image Checked in on a Saturday and was told that housekeeping would be the following Tuesday. Tuesday came; No service. Went to the room today for lunch break at 2pm and the room still had not been serviced. Asked the GM at the front if I would get service and was told no. Was informed that they do not have housekeepers on Tuesdays and Wednesdays (That is a lie. I seen the cart outside of the room next to me). Was told that I might get a clean set of linen and that will be all. Her reasoning was that corporate was onsite and there were other important things that need to be addressed. I will be checking out this Saturday and going to the Studio 6. I had great service at the one off Stemmons Trail.
