I have very bad experience today the front desk assistant talk to me horribly with discrimination.

After being up all night from tooth pain I made an appointment as soon as i could Tuesday morning with Jefferson Dental on Gus Thompson. After making the appointment I received a call and text letting me know they wanted to reschedule me for later time then the already appointed time I had scheduled hours before. I declined and made an appointment for 1:45pm with Jefferson Dental White Rock instead. Huge mistake. I arrive on time and Wait for an entire hour before I'm seen. All the while watching someone who arrived after me get seen first for the exact same procedure. When I'm finally let back, I get my x-rays and initial exam which I was made to pay for beforehand. I'm then brought to a back room and x-rayed again before being told "the doctor will be with you soon" another HOUR and 6 minutes goes by while I sit there in serious pain. Nobody tells me anything or even checks on me. When the doctor finally arrives she prods my injured area hard while causing immense pain just to reconfirm that, yep, that the one that hurts. She then tells me they can get it done and I should even have time to get to work that night. After she leaves I Wait Again, only for another women I've never talked to, to come and inform me that they will in fact NOT have time to see me. By then it's after 4. I've been there since 1:45 sitting in real pain with the only solution being that "maybe the one on gus Thompson isn't too busy." They told me I could walk in. I left and went to Rivera Dental and got it ALL done in 45 mins paperwork, x-rays, procedure talk and payment. In and out the door in 45 mins. (less time then I spent in the lobby of Jeffersons waiting room) Everything explained. I waited maybe 3 mins at most. Night and Day from the Horrible service I received at Jefferson. Bad customer service or products is one thing. But when a patient is in pain and you make them wait for hours without any care just to send them out the door in even more pain from what YOU did, after taking their money, this is just unacceptable. Whatever excuse they write under this. This IS what happened. Not very professional at all.
