just now I just had the worst experience I've ever had at a dental clinic in my life. I got a root canal done in 2018 and have had to have multiple adjustments, multiple visits (well over 100), and be sent to Carrolton, Grand Prairie, Farmers Branch, and a few Irving locations for the same tooth and have gotten 3 crowns for the same tooth, multiple temporaries, and I'm still experiencing pain and it's about to be 2021. Dr jesse arbaugh was extremely rude today when I was telling him my complains and frustrations, cut me off several times, raised his voice, and got angry that I was even expressing myself and my frustrations after having to spend 100s of dollars in taxi fees to go to all these places and miss multiple days of work because of this. I spent near $2000 to basically just spend additional money. He tried to twist my words and started being unprofessional telling me about his issues with multiple sclerosis that he's had for 12 years and then brought in his phone to start recording me and when I told him this was unnecessary I just want to be treated he continued to get angry, continued to talk over me, and told me I wasn't letting him do his job, so then I repeatedly told him I would just like to be seen, and he's so angry he's not even listening to me tell him I'm over the issue and want to just be treated, then he brings in someone who works there and tells me he wants them there to be an "unbiased witness" which is ridiculous if the person works there and I told him "if you want to do anything underhanded that's fine, but I just want to be seen." He then twists my words and says " you just called me underhanded I'm done I'm not dealing with this." He throws down his gloves and walks off like a child and refuses to treat me. And also earlier in the conversation he begrudgingly takes out his note pad and asks me what my complaints are in a sarcastic manner and he will send it to management or whoever and I'm thinking if you can take the time to do that sarcastically why not do it from the beginning instead of arguing with me, cutting me off, and telling me he doesn't have time to listen to my complaints. He doesn't think a patient should be allowed to voice their concerns and wants to control the entire conversation. Poor ethics and not what is taught in first year of dental school because even my friend in dental school thinks this was handled in an unprofessional manner. Horrible experience. The man has serious impulse control issues. It's the most embarrassing display I've ever seen by a "professional" in all of my life. Shameful, disgraceful, classless.

When I first met with Dr. Arbaugh he treated me like a person, he is the only dentist to ask you how you're doing and truly mean it. I am absolutely terrified of going to the dentist for ANY dental work and he put me to ease. He saved my tooth. I would recommend him to literally anyone if you need a root canal. 5+ stars.
