Dr. Lutz and his staff are all professional, caring and kind, despite their busy schedules and obvious stress during these times. I am new in town, so I could have gone many places. I was attracted to the degree of efficiency of setting an appointment, getting treatments and true care of everyone. It is a rare and wonderful experience to enjoy a dental visit!

Worst experience at the dentist ever. Came in to have an extraction. Instead he tried to take two teeth. When I told him I only wanted the one done, I got yelled at and told to leave. The doctor then shoved me in the back all the way to the reception door yelling expletives about how I dont get to tell him what to do. I have a spine disorder which he knew of. And he still kept shoving me right in my back all the way. Id never go back to this psycho.

I can't recommend this dental practice enough. I was looking for something close to home and hoped this was a good place. It's not good, it's wonderful! Dr. Lutz and his entire staff are professional, kind, respectful, and friendly--and it's a genuine friendliness! I've recommended Dr. Lutz to my family, and my husband will go as soon as his schedule allows. They have exceeded my expectations!

I have been going to White Rock Dental for about 7 years now and have been thoroughly impressed. I've had two hygienists which have both been phenomenal. Dr. Lutz is thorough and ahead of all my dental needs. I highly recommend White Rock Dental to anyone looking for dental care in the East Dallas area.
