Says they pay for a physical but I ended up having to pay 1.3k for blood work which is per of the physical with their in network provider. The doctors can’t get ahold of them for claims. You can’t get ahold of them questions or to even cancel. When you do get ahold of them it’s a foreign girl and she just gives you another number that doesn’t answer. Call back same foreign girl that says to keep calling that same number. SCAM stay away
