After financing and paying a motorcycle loan and a jeep loan, and miraculously never receiving my title for either Once the loans were paid in full, its rather idiotic to have paid this company thousands in finance charges, only to never receive the original title to your vehicle. Being told that I now have to go through the process of procuring copies of both myself is an insult.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Dont use their insurance for anything and especially dont use their gap insurance. They are trying to rip me off for the second time by denying gap insurance that you actually have, why get it if they just gonna deny it anyway. I am black and sad to say the worst calls I got was from black woman. I dont care if my vehicle is behind or not you dont call nobody phone talking to them like they are your child. I traded my vehicle today ONLY to get away from these people, I set my phone on record just to prove the attitude and the way they treat you. The dealer thats buying my vehicle was on the line and said the same thing and we have it recorded and Im making a YouTube video to show everyone how these people treat their customers. Im glad to finally be free from them.
