Lauren G. and cashier were both beyond helpful!! I struggle with my insecurity of having rosacea and dry skin and wanted to try two new products and Lauren took her time to find the best foundation that I was confortable in and gave me samples of products that will help me have my full coverage that I was going for. Beyond grateful for her professionalism and kindness! At check out I used afterpay and was having so much trouble and was going to use my cc to not delay line but cashiers helped me out right away and eventually paid with afterpay. I love my makeup and look flawless and extremely happy that I was able to use my afterpay! Thank you ladies you are amazing!

Terrible check out experience. Waited in line to check out, saw a sign at the check out line that explained customers can check out faster with a Sephora Rep. Walked up to rep (Her name is Kyla) and she was extremely rude. She refused to check us out and stated that we have to go stand back in line even after communicating that we saw a sign.

Came in to shop with a friend & went to the check out line it was a little busy & my friend & myself noticed a sign that mentioned checking out with a representative to get out faster. So we saw the mobile station & went over we were in line waiting to be assisted for a good little minute & right when it was time for us to check out with the rep she rudely told us we had to get back in line & that she couldnt assist us unless we were sent to her. Her tone & body language all read that she was rude & just didnt want to assist us. Her name was Kyla. I dont shop at Sephora so this was a bad first impression.
