Great Expressions Dental Centers

I opted for Invisalign at the Uptown clinic. I was rushed into retainers when I could bite down completely on the right molars. I have seen several dentist and approaches to fix my bite without success. I saw the companies recommended orthodontist Dr Kurkre & he recommended braces. Floss was recently bought out throughout my dispute. I contacted Melisa a regional manager and Kim the manager bi-weekly (for months). I have not gotten an response on my situation.The poor communication & customer service is unacceptable. I would not recommend this company.

Once I stepped in the office I knew at the right place, the staff was very friendly, really clean facility, service was very quick and easy. I recommend this Dental place.

Pleasant Grove dental is a cozy little office with a friendly staff. Prices are reasonable and even when I needed some work done, they worked with me to get the treatments recommended with the support of care credit.

This is one of the worst dental offices I've ever been to. Never mind the location. I've lived in Pleasant Grove and tended to avoid that side of it, when all of its horrible. That ought to tell you something. The pictures on their site are absolutely nothing like their presentation. The building is old and dilapidated. You can't tell there is a dental office in this location. All you see is a vacant space out front. You have to walk around to the back to even find a door leading into the clinic. The bathrooms were broken, smelly, out of soap. It's a "clinic," and the bathrooms we're out of soap.(But of course, the vending machines were stocked! Have to make sure people get their additives and chemicals!) This dental office has a small waiting room, with stains on the carpet and peeling walls. There were water stains on the ceiling. The dental rooms were no better, with old looking equipment covered with dust. The only good thing was that the male receptionist was really nice. On top of that of all of that,I waited three hours for two dentists to get through with three patients, including me. One woman literally had to wait all day! There were barely any bedside manners to be spoken of. To be fair, the dentists seemed like they knew their jobs, but I left without getting any kind of service. (Nevermind that I needed to babysit and thought that I would be done in an hour.) I don't even care if my insurance covered most of it. I'm not paying over 800 dollars to get work done in this place. Clearly, someone neglected it. No one deserves that. I signed up for insurance in order to get quality care in a quality location. I was not offered it, and, people who can't afford insurance shouldn't be forced to use facilities like this, just because they are at a disadvantage. Ridiculous.
