Inbound Solutions Costco

Jodi the general manager at the Costco located in Duncanville texas. She is very races, rude and disrespectful. I have reported to multiple employees and other managers. They all refuse to give me corporate number or have given me the wrong number. I have recordings of her speaking to me and and my other party very rudely. I have been harassed walking in and out of the store. I have always shopped at Costco and never had an issue until Jodi the general manager approached me. Other employees and shoppers have also complained about Jodi actions

I have tried to contact the CEO or corporate to express my concerns. First, I want to say that I love shopping at Costco and I have been with them for a few years now. I primarily shop at the one in Rockwall. A few of the people that greet at the front door are very rude. In saying that most of the people are extremely nice. I have recently purchased a membership at Sams warehouse because I have expressed my discontent with the mask rule. Not only have they stripped away our rights to make the decision on mask. They are now making the little ones ,2 years and older wear them as well. What a joke! In Texas the mask mandate has been lifted, but Costco will not lift their restrictions. When I asked the lady at the front door about it, she stated they didn't care what we thought. Corporate will continue to require mask. It is Costco's right but we as consumers also have rights. We can choose not to shop there. I hope Costco hasn't forgotten that We The People are the ones that pay their bills. As a side note, Sam's doesn't require their guest to wear mask.
