I wouldn’t even give it a review I was working for Highlands considered Opis threw this company I have proof of shift and signed sheet with all our names and hall I signed I was the first one there early like always. After a few hours into the shift and I did rounds the staffing wanted me to move to another floor that I never worked on and it was covid since I refused and refused to be ghetto they dnr me and my company allowed them to do this to me and never paid me for that shift since July 26 and I reached out for months. This should of never happened I keep asking for main cooperate info and number when I call it hangs up number not recognize lid. I’m trying to file a lawsuit against this company and highlands. Don’t work here they don’t care

The first time I worked with them they were great. This time..smh. If I could put a negative in front of this 1 star, I would. This company has gotten too big for its britches. I've worked, but now I can't get paid. Two pay periods have passed and they have the audacity to blame it on me. I submitted my info before I ever worked a shift, but it's my fault....ridiculous. Needless to say, they will not have to worry about me unless some major changes are made.

Great Company to work for. Pays very well. Shifts are easy to book.. Alot of good paying shifts to choose from.Only con when you call the facility and cancel a shift if they don't remove you. It shows as a no call no show. That's the only problem I have with shiftkey.

I worked for this agency for a while year. Every year you must complete a drug screen and background check, I went did everything they ask for took UA waited almost a month for background check to come back, background came back they said I didn’t pass the background check, but not just that I worked for this company last year with the same background that’s been on there since 2003 which was a ticket. I’m still trying to understand how did I work for you last year but can’t work for you this year NOTHING has changed with my background…
