        Their security in their 3262 N. Hall St. is professional and good customer service, but their Dallas office was rude and combative with me when I asked for a report. Instead of just telling me it was internal, the customer service rep started arguing with me about what happened regarding the security incident. We are business owners and I would NEVER become a tenant of their's nor will I ever recommend them. I've worked in customer service and I know good and bad when I experience it.
