No support, toxic environment, managers are gas lighters. I quit because of this. I would not recommend working here as a representative. No matter how much they increase they pay, I won’t be treated like I’m below. I been threatened and verbally abused by customers and the “support” they offer is a joke. I was literally told verbatim to just sit and listen to the customer curse me out and take it. They don’t support their workers, just constantly criticize them.

I was here to interview with the company. I have not heard back from this organization. I don't have any information to give other than I wish we could have done a Skype meeting instead. The In Person interview in my opinion was not productive although I have the experience. My salary may have been higher than what the company is willing to pay. When the position posted the salary was decent, when the position was reposted the salary was smaller. I would suggest that individuals research the company website if they want information about the company.

Very disorganized company. They’ll gaslight you if you complain about things wrong in the workplace and make you feel like you’re the one that has something to work on, I had to quit my job for personal reasons and they messed up my previous paychecks, I’ve been trying to contact them for weeks to fix it, but instead I keep getting ignored and getting told “we’ll get you an update”.
