This apartment complex was, hands down, the absolute worst I have ever lived in. I was fed a string of lies to get me in the apartment and after about a month I realized how much of what they told me wasn't true. I should have known that the price of the apartment was too good to be true. The location is horrible, I had a view of a Taco Bell and the numerous homeless people that chose to spend their days there. I even had the honor of witnessing a shooting happen at the Taco Bell merely because my blinds were open! Cars were broken into weekly, including my own which was parked on the fourth floor of the garage. I was lied to about the crappy internet and cable package, Kevin told me that was optional and then when I tried to ditch it to get GOOD cable and internet that actually worked, I was told that the package was part of rent. They should include that in the rent to begin with. All in all, I would advise anyone reading this not to live at Amli. It's a horrible company and complex and the management will not work with you on anything.

Don't move here!! This is the worst apartment complex I've ever lived in. It looks appealing because it's affordable and in a descent area but not the case at all. It's not safe and when you move out they will charge you for every little thing possible. It's almost impossible to get anyone to come in if something breaks and the ladies in the office are so rude!! It's always dirty with trash and they could care less! I wish someone would have told me this before I moved in because it would have saved me a lot of misery and money.

I've lived here for almost 5 months and fully intend to eat the fees and break my lease. To be fair, I knew moving in that this isn't the safest neighborhood and that there were a high number of homeless people that hang around the gas station next door. I didn't realize that the complex's "open parking" policy allowed these homeless people to basically roam the property at will, as there is no gate or security door between the parking garage and the apartments themselves. In fact, there isn't a security camera anywhere in the entire community. I would estimate that there are at least as many non-residents using the parking garage at there are residents, and cars get broken into at least weekly. The garbage chute is constantly overflowing with trash, which leaves most of the complex smelling absolutely awful. The amenities (fitness center, pool, hot-tub) are extremely poorly maintained and closed frequently. The apartments are nice enough (linoleum and carpet throughout, formica countertops, certainly nothing special), though you can hear every horn honk, motorcycle and tire screech from the nearby highway, even with the TV on. I saw the negative reviews and ignored them because of the proximity to my job and their cheap rent, but I've regretted it since my first week here. I've lived in the downtown area of big cities all my life, and this is the first place I lived where I'm embarrassed to have friends come over and see how/where I live. If you're female, living here is completely out of the question.
