Accurate Leak and Line - Noel, Dallas

Accurate Leak and Line replaced our cast iron pipes. They put my yard back to the new normal. They even replaced some dirt that had settled from foundation work a few weeks before. The team was responsive from the first call, the testing, the assessment, to the actual work.

The service was fantastic. When I initially called about the leak the technician on the phone helped me to troubleshoot before sending an on site technician. The on site team was on time, professional and quickly completed the job. I highly recommend Accurate Leak and Line.

I believe I had a good experience with Accurate Leak. Completed on schedule and what they told me would happen. The work appeared to be of quality. Sprinklers and drainage pipes that were disrupted were repaired when requested. If I had a few faults it was Accurate did not come back at the end to do a check list to close the work. I had to report any issues that I saw. A process at completion is needed. I will saw any issues I had they were very quick to remedy. The property well cleaned up after the job, hard to tell all the trench that was done.

Enjoyed working with Chad and Christian at Accurate Leak and Line. I won't know if they did a really good job for a few years, but my experience with them during quoting, trenching, and re-plumbing was positive.
