They clean bunker gear for surrounding area fire departments, and they appear to do a good job at this. However, the bunker gear bags that they sell are not durable enough to withstand regular use. I have owned two of their bunker gear bags, and each one ripped at the seams in various spots. Additionally, they use cheap plastic buckles and clips as fasteners - the plastic fasteners are prone to breakage when little to no stress is applied to them. Again, they clean bags well, but their bunker gear bags are not worth the investment.

I ordered two bunker gear backpack from this company in August while at Fire Rescue International in Dallas. As of today I still have not received my backpacks or a refund which I have requested multiple times. I have talked to the secretary several times and I have even emailed the owner twice with no success in resolving this issue.
