Levi's Store

This store has great selection, and very helpful staff. We had an issue with standard alteration of hem at ftworth store but they went above and beyond and took care of the issue by redoing the hem the correct way just like from factory. Thank you for being so helpful.

I bought a black pair of wedgie jeans and I tried them on with outfits at home and they already looked so bad. They didnt even make it out the house. For $96 I expect way better quality. Then when I tried to return the same day I bought them they kept making excuses on why I couldnt get my money back. The black jeans are horrible quality and I just want my money back. Its not that unreasonable. The manager was so condescending. Worst experience.

They have recently opened a store in the mall. Went here on the weekend to get some jeans. Dillon at the store was super helpful and professional. He made sure I got the pants I was asking for. Wonderful staff and store has ample collection. This is how customer experience should be when you are at a clothing store.

One of the best immaculate customer service I have ever came across. Julie was so helpful. I have never been to a Levis before but on Saturday I decided to walk in and she immediately asked me if I needed help and I explain to her how I have never been into a Levis store before and she kindly helped me find some jeans in my size and style. She did have to ask one of her fellow co workers for help because I could tell she couldnt find something but the fact she was still willing to help me even though she couldnt find something Is amazing and I very much appreciate service like that. She got me a fitting room and came back to check on me after a few mins to see how I was doing. Usually other stores just leave you in there to help yourself. Julie did have to come back a few times to get my perfect size because I was being picky. I loved the amount of patience she had with me. And was willing to go back and fourth. This is the type of service every store needs. Definitely will be back.
